Help Chiffy Pay Off His Student Loan Debt

Hi everyone!

My name is Matthew Chiffolo, but a lot of you probably know me as Chiffy. I got the amazing opportunity to attend college at ODU and graduate with a degree in Psychology, but my heart has always been in Christian ministry and helping people. I volunteered for Young Life in college, where I met some of the most amazing and insane teenagers you could imagine and spent countless hours driving kids to work, listening to the hardships that come with being in high school, and telling them how God fits into it all. I got to work for Young Life a couple of years later in Montgomery County, and it was a blast. I have never grown so much in my life. Now, I currently work at a church called Crossroads, getting the opportunity to build relationships with middle and high school teens and help with the outreach initiatives of our church (serving the homeless, local schools, international students, and the list goes on. I love what I get to do. But I need help. And I know what I am asking is a long shot because why help someone with this? I currently have a lot of student loan debt. 83,000 just in private loans. We pay $700 just for that every month because that's what we can afford. There are so many hopes and dreams that we feel like we cannot move on and we want to be debt free so that we can also start helping other people in similar situations. It has been such an eye-opening experience for us that we said we would help someone else with their debt once we got out and start a network of people who help others be free of debt. So if anyone who reads this would consider helping me get out of debt and helping me continue to stay in my job, I really couldn't thank you enough for what it would mean to my family and me.
