On July 15, 2025, our family suffered the sudden and devastating loss of Chico Whitmarsh — a man who was truly one of a kind.

Chico gave tough love, but he loved big. His family was everything to him, and he showed that love not just in words, but in the way he lived — always working, always building, always showing up. He had a gift for construction and carpentry, and he could create or fix just about anything. He was the kind of man who stayed busy, always thinking, always ready with an idea, and always putting others first.

This loss came without warning. And along with the deep emotional pain, it has left behind a wave of unexpected financial challenges — including medical expenses, memorial costs, and other bills. Most heavily affected is his beloved wife, who now faces these burdens while grieving the loss of her soulmate.

We are reaching out to our community — friends, family, neighbors, and loved ones — to ask for help. Any donation, no matter the size, will help us give Chico the tribute he deserves and support his wife during this incredibly difficult time.
