Hello my name is Lissi and I want to thank you for taking the time to read this. So I am hoping to raise money for my dogs medical expenses. He is a 4 year old pug named CHICO. Unfortunately on Tuesday 11/04/25 at 9am my sweet pug was attacked by a coyote. He was in our front yard and it all happened so fast. I was able to scare off the coyote but unfortunately the damage was already done. It was horrific, my sweet pug had been bitten on the right side of his neck. I had to rush him to the nearest Vet hospital. Thank you to Mission Vet clinic for your compassion & quick assistance! The lacerations were deep so he would need surgery & the total cost of the bill is $2,572. I don’t work because I suffer from epilepsy. This is why I am here seeking help from all the animal lovers out there who understand my situation. Our pets are part of our family & it’s heartbreaking to see them suffer. I’m grateful to God because my sweet Chico survived this ordeal. Unfortunately coyotes are protected by the state so there’s not much we can do about them roaming our streets. Seeing my pug suffer & in pain breaks my heart. I appreciate any contributions & humbly thank you in advance. Blessings to you all!
