Help Chic Moore with Medical and Living Costs

Last week, Chic Moore, a loving husband, father, and friend, was diagnosed with stage 4 lytic bone cancer.

This was a complete shock to us all.

He has been forced to quit working immediately because of the amount of pain he is in.

He also does not have health insurance at the moment, so everything is up in limbo and has to be paid out of pocket right now.

All this being said, we are trying to raise money to help with medication costs and living expenses.
