Help Chibi recovers from pit bull attack

Hello, my name is Chibi. I’m a super sweet, friendly, and energetic 6 months old miniature poodle. I was taking a walk 2 block down the street with my dear owner on the morning of Friday the 13th and a white no leash pit-bull ran straight out of his fence(not close by owner) and attacking me almost to death had another neighbor not intervene. My owner and I got wounded pretty badly and the owner of the pit-bull refused to cooperate with the police/animal control to compensate for my medical bill. I got several stitches and deep punctures wound all over me and I can’t walk without falling over. Please help me and my owner raise money for me to get better soon. Thank you!
