On February 9th, Chiara was admitted to the hospital because of a total intestinal blockage. She has since undergone exploratory surgery, a resection and appendix removal. She is in a lot of pain and it's expected to take at least 8 more weeks to recover. Chiara's livelihood depends on her ability to bake the bread we all love, and sell it at the farmer's market. She is a one-woman operation and will not be able to bake bread for a long time due to this emergency. She needs our help while she is recovering. Please donate whatever amount you can.
