My 5 month old kitten needs surgery, and every bit helps!
My fluff ball of energy, Chia has a congenital diaphragmatic hernia that is putting his heart and his life at risk. It took five or six vet visits to hear the heart murmur because this cuddle bug purrs every time someone touches him, even at the vet.
I’ve been quoted an estimated $3500 for the initial CT scan with no estimate on surgery costs yet, so the remainder will go towards the consultation and the surgery itself. If I somehow exceed the goal, I will donate whatever Chia doesn’t need to Blue Ridge Humane Society, where Chia and his siblings were all adopted from.
I am so grateful for any help to make sure my Chia gets a long happy life full of churu treats and tackling his siblings. Five months simply isn’t enough.
Thank you for reading!
