Support for Our Family During Chez’s Ongoing Hospital Battle

Chez has been in the hospital for 36 days—10 in Paducah and 26 at UofL Hospital in the Trauma Unit. Tonight, he’s facing his sixth surgery at UofL.

This has been an incredibly hard and exhausting journey for him and for all of us who love him.

I’ve been by his side every day, which has meant being out of work for over a month. Between the loss of income and the constant expenses of being at the hospital—meals, travel, parking, and daily needs—things have become very overwhelming.

Many people have asked how they can help. After a lot of thought, we’re opening this fundraiser so friends and family who feel led can support us during this time. Any amount, big or small, will go directly toward our living expenses and the costs of staying here with Chez while he continues this fight.
