Please help Chewbie: Urgent Funds Needed

Our 4 year old Cockapoo named Chewbie has been diagnosed with "SEVERE" nerve damage to his spine and needs medical treatment fast so he can walk normal again and resume normal function of his hind legs. He was completely fine on Sunday, June 16th, and when we went to take him for a walk on Monday, June 17th, his hind legs would no longer support his body. He would just fall down. We took him to Red Bank Veterinary Hospital on Wednesday June 19th and he was diagnosed with a severe nerve condition called, IVDD, due to his vertabrae in his spine pushing into his spinal cord. We only pray that we can get the funds to continue helping our loved little Chewbie the physical therapy that he needs so he can live a normal life. He's still very young and has a chance of many more years to live a normal life if he can recieve the medical treatments and physical therapy he needs. All funds will be used for Chewbies medical treatments. Thank you
