Help Cheston & Michelle Turnervictims after Road Rage Crash

I have created a GoFundMe page my name is Brandy and I am raising money on behalf of my brother Cheston Turner and my sister-in-law Michelle Turner who were innocent by standards involved in a road rage car accident on April 13, 2025 in Roseville, CA. My brother and his new wife of 1 month we’re traveling from their home in Reno to the bay area to celebrate a new addition to our family And as they were driving, going through the cities and enjoying their road trip, They begin to notice a man in his 40s to 50s in a truck that began switching in and out of lanes on the freeway behind them he was speeding up, slowing down, and riding the back of their car basically trying to intimidate my brother and my sister-in-law. He started using gestures that would tell anyone that they were not welcomed in that town although they were just passing through. The driver began road raging and yelling racial slurs from out of his window to my family, and as they ignored him and try to speed up and maybe exit the freeway he hit the back of their car at full speed, sending them into a tailspin and hitting the divider on the freeway from the oncoming traffic the other side of the freeway, the car spun out and my brother and my sister were knocked unconscious and badly injured. Luckily, there was a witness on the freeway who was able to call the police the police arrived to the accident site the road Rager sped off and was not able to be found , luckily the witnesses continued driving down the freeway where they were able to grab a license plate number.l from off the guys truck and report it. Needless to say once the police arrived they were not able to locate the driver at the time my brother and my sister-in-law are newlyweds, and they are just beginning to build their life together and due to this unfortunate accident their savings to buy a home as been exhausted. Their oncoming bills are due and because of their bodily injuries everything has been put on pause. My brother just began his working at a new clinic before the accident and due to his physical pain, emotional and mental trauma including my sister-in-law not able to go back to work at this time because the employers cannot accommodate either one of them due to the emotional the physical and the mental strain that is happening. As I organize this GoFundMe they are in parallel because their is no other monies to take care of the necessities that they need to maintain until the car insurance company is finished doing their investigation and also finding the driver that hit and run my brother and my sister-in-law, not to mention physical therapy various follow up doctor appointments, and there’s not enough PTO for my brother to be able pull to cover monthly expenses and my sister-in-law can only pull so much of her PTO to take care of her household. My nephews are also depending on their parents so I am asking as an advocate for my brother Cheston and for my sister-in-law Michelle If there is any financial donation that you can make on behalf of our family, we would appreciate it from the bottom of their hearts. Unfortunately, I live in a different state and I am not able to physically fly and take care of them so they are depending on what another with concussions and sprains and everything else so again if there is anything that their community or the good people out there can contribute to help them get on their feet to get them through this month and next month we would be so grateful anything would help!
