Chester showed up on my porch the day I moved into my first house, and he’s been my loyal companion ever since. After a long day at work, there’s nothing better than sitting outside, sharing a quiet moment and a cold beer with my buddy. Chester is always there to greet me, purring the second I walk up and waiting patiently for head scratches. He’s the sweetest stray cat I’ve ever met, and he loves so hard.

Recently, I noticed Chester was losing weight and struggling to eat. My wife and I took him to the vet, where we learned he has severe dental disease and needs a full mouth tooth extraction to be comfortable and healthy again. Right now, he’s on antibiotics and pain relief, but surgery is the only way to truly help him heal and get back to his happy self.
