Celebrating Cheryl - The Power of Community through Music

My best friend, Cheryl Grove, has always been a light in our lives — the kind of person who lifts others up with her kindness, laughter, and unshakable spirit. She’s the one who always puts others first, whether through organizing community events like the Grand Haven Free Friday Concert Series, serving as Executive Director of the Ricci V Music Fund, or helping to organize fundraisers for others in need.

Cheryl is a devoted daughter, sister and the loving mother of three, and one of the most selfless people I know. Now, as she faces a challenging season in her journey — with Stage IV Mantle Cell Lymphoma — it’s our turn to lift her up with the same love and support she has always given so freely.

On Sunday, December 14th, from 1 to 6 PM at Temple Lounge in Spring Lake, Michigan, family and friends are coming together for a special fundraiser in Cheryl’s honor — a day filled with music, love, and community.

We know not everyone can attend in person, so we’ve created this GoFundMe to give those near and far a way to show their support. Your donations will go directly toward Cheryl’s care, comfort, and living expenses as she continues treatment. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps lighten her load and reminds her that she is surrounded by a community that loves her deeply.
