Help Cherlonda Fight

Hi, we are fighting for our co-worker, our friend, a Wife to Hal, a Mother to her 13 year old son Kiren , a Registered Nurse who also holds a Respiratory Therapy licensure.

Cherlonda is a private person but with the financial stresses she is up against she let us do this for her.

In 2016 Cherlonda was diagnosed with Stage 1 Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Again, in 2020 Cherlonda was hit with yet another Cancer diagnosis as it had metastasized to her Brain, Chest & Lungs Stage 4.

During this now 8 year battle Cherlonda has worked as a Fulltime Respiratory Therapist, while going to school to earn her Nursing Degree which she acquired in early 2022. She had taken little time off, returning to work as soon as her doctors had cleared her for full duty. Periodically she would take a long lunch for doctor appointments and tests.

With ongoing issues from her last diagnosis she had no choice but to change her status to Per Diem and she has now been off several months. Still calling and checking in with us, wanting to come back to work so badly. She loved her job, but the expenses are weighing heavily on her as many of you can imagine.

Radiation treatment has caused her more medical issues, she has Bell's Palsy and has lost her vision in her right eye.

Cherlonda is a kind, proud, hardworking, God-fearing lady who has one Hope. She wants to see Kiren Graduate High School.
