Hi, I’m Cherie Dammert and I’m in need of assistance with my trip to Kathmandu, Nepal. I’m going on a mission trip with my church, Crossroads Oakley, and I am beyond excited to be going.

We will be helping to prevent human trafficking by empowering families, supporting education, building and rebuilding as needed and sharing Christ’s Saving Grace, Love and Joy. We will be working with organizations that prevent trafficking, visit schools, and raise awareness.

Heartbreak is assured, an impact that will last a lifetime, & a life that will forever be changed for the better.

Background on me: I’m a 64-year-old woman living with my boyfriend and dog Diesel. I have 3 children, 3 grandchildren, and the best family ever.

God is my light and my love whom strengthens me daily. I’ve had my troubles, serious ones. A mental illness that threatened to destroy me as well as my family. I was lost for years but God saved me with miracles beyond measure.

I want to share the miracles with others who are in the darkness and despair.
