Beloved Cherie Nicole Eads
Donation protected
Our mom, Cherie, provided for her children in any way she could. If she had clothes from 5 years ago that were falling apart, she was fine with it as long as her daughters had new clothes for school. Every day, our mom would take advice to try and help herself do better. My favorite saying is, "It was her first time living too." Cherie, unfortunately, didn’t have the best role models growing up; she didn’t have her mom growing up, and her dad wasn't really present in her childhood. Her grandma, Helen, was her number one supporter who was the one to raise her. Even with everything she faced as a child, she knew she wanted to at least support her children as much as any parent would. No matter what obstacle God threw her way, she would call me, and we would find a way through, and she was able to be optimistic about it in the end. Even though she struggled, she pushed through every time. We are beyond grateful and blessed to know she had some good people who were there as much as possible. To those same people who are grieving alongside us, just know she is no longer suffering, and that is what matters. She was strong, but the body can only take so much. She unfortunately had liver failure, including cancer, and could not fight her battle anymore. Even though she had so much weight on her shoulders, if you needed her, she was there with open arms for hugs and ears to listen.
If you can help her how she would help you if she could, she would appreciate all the help possible as much as we do. Every single penny is going to go towards her cremation, which is $1000; the rest of the money will go towards her celebration of life, which we will determine a date for later on. For those who can’t contribute, we still greatly appreciate your condolences. Thank you all for everything.
