To all our beautiful friends and family, we wanted to share a bit about what’s been happening in our lives. At the end of last year, Joe was laid off from his job, and Cheri had a contract for work fall through unexpectedly. This sudden loss of income forced us to give up our apartment and move into a small studio just to keep from becoming homeless.

Joe has recently started a training program, and once he completes it, he will be hired on. Cheri is submitting resumes to every job she is eligible for, determined to find stable work. Despite our best efforts, we have fallen behind on every single bill and are struggling to keep a roof over our heads.

We are reaching out to our community for help during this difficult time. Any donation, even pocket change, will help us stay afloat until we’re both working again.
