Help Chelsi Jacobsen Fight Stage 3 Colon Cancer

Hi friends,

I'm Chelsi’s sister-in-law, and I want to share a little about someone truly special.

Chelsi is only 28 years old, a loving wife, and the best mom to three beautiful children. She’s always been the kind of person who puts everyone else first — a steady, loving, and strong presence for her family and friends. She’s the one who shows up, who lifts others up, and who sets an example of what grace and strength look like.

Last year, Chelsi was diagnosed with Lynch syndrome, a genetic condition that increases the risk of certain cancers. Shortly after, she received the devastating news that she had stage 3 colon cancer.

Since then, she’s been bravely undergoing immunotherapy, which has taken a serious toll on her body — causing severe arthritis and chronic pain. But through it all, Chelsi has leaned into her faith and stayed grounded in hope.

Now, this week, Chelsi is preparing for a life-changing surgery:

    •    A full colectomy

    •    A full hysterectomy

    •    And gallbladder removal

This is a major step in her fight, and she’s facing it with the same courage and faith that has carried her through every stage of this battle.

We’ve started this GoFundMe to help ease the financial strain of ongoing treatment, time away from work, recovery, and travel for care. Our goal is to let Chelsi focus on healing and being with her kids, not on medical bills.
