My name is Chelsey Burns, and I am a mother to two wonderful daughters. I am currently living with progressive Multiple Sclerosis, and the challenges of my health have made it incredibly difficult for our family to stay afloat. Right now, I am in the process of appealing for SSI, but the wait and uncertainty have left us struggling more than ever. We are facing the very real possibility of losing our home if we cannot come up with enough to catch up on our house payment by the end of January. On top of that, we are two months behind on our utility bills, and the stress of the holidays is weighing heavily on us.

I have always tried to provide a safe and happy home for my daughters, but life has become overwhelming. We have worked so hard for six years to build our lives, and it breaks my heart to think about losing everything. I am reaching out because we need a full reset to help us get back on our feet.
