Help Chelsea Provide Essential Care Kits
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Chelsea, and I believe no one should be forgotten.
Each week, I walk the streets of Jacksonville with one goal — to meet our homeless neighbors with dignity, compassion, and practical help. I create Care Kits filled with essential hygiene products, nourishing snacks, clean socks, and an encouraging word, along with a small Bible for those who want one.
Many of the people I meet face daily challenges that go beyond hunger — lack of basic toiletries, clean clothing, and even safe menstrual products. Something as simple as a pair of socks, a toothbrush, or a protein bar can mean comfort, health, and hope.
Here’s what goes into each Care Kit:
Socks (new, warm, and clean)
Toothbrush & toothpaste
Deodorant
Wet wipes
Bar soap
Menstrual pads/tampons or a menstrual cup (for women’s kits)
Nut-free granola or protein bar
Crackers
Applesauce cup with spoon
Bottle of water or Gatorade
Pocket-sized Bible
Handwritten note of encouragement
Local resource list for shelters, food, and free medical care.
Why I’m asking for your help:
Each kit costs about $7 to make. My dream is to hand out 20 kits each week, which comes to about $560/month.
Your donation will go directly to purchasing these supplies in bulk so I can keep showing up for people who often feel unseen.
How you can help:
Donate here — every $7 = 1 Care Kit given to someone in need
