Help Chelle with ongoing expenses related to Chemo

Hi, my name is Ali and I’m doing a fundraiser to help one of my closest friends going through chemo for Bilateral Breast Cancer.

Chelle was diagnosed late October 2023 and has since started her chemo treatment. Chelle is unique in the fact that she has 2 different types of cancer. One in each breast.

She will undergo a double mastectomy mid year and the recovery of this will take a toll on her income. We are fundraising to relieve the financial stress of this while also raising her daughter.

Some of the expenses for post surgery include:

*Electric recliner for sleep: $1500-$2000

*U shape pillow for comfort post surgery: $40

*Baby wipes: $50

*Button up dresses/pj’s for ease of dressing while recovering: $300+

*Shower chair: $80+

*Toilet chair: $140+

*Uber eats vouchers or similar because won’t be able to cook/prep for first 4 weeks: approx $1000 

*Cleaner that can help with washing, cleaning, etc (first 6-8 weeks): $1200

*Uber for daughters school pick up/drop off as can’t drive during first few weeks: $500

I am doing a big hair chop. Thanks to Born Pretty hair salon(Heritage Park), I’ll be cutting at least 28cm in support of Chelle and also in the hope that this will encourage more people to donate. The big chop will be taking place 6th March. The length of hair cut, will be donated to create wigs for those going through chemo.
