Help Cheikh Reunite with His Children

Donation protected
Cheikh Ibra Fall and his wife, Mame Zainabou Fall, are loving, devoted parents of three beautiful children—an older son with a neurological condition caused by gastrointestinal illness, and a set of twins full of light, curiosity, and innocence.

Like many young families, they are doing their best with limited means, all while caring for a child with special needs and infant twins. Their life is built on love, patience, and sacrifice. But one unpredictable moment changed everything.

The Day Everything Fell Apart
One afternoon during naptime, the twins were laid down to rest. They usually share a crib—one sleeps soundly while the other often wakes and seeks the comfort of his mother's chest to settle. That day, the restless twin woke up early. Mame, as any mother would, prepared a bottle, held him close in her bed, and soothed him until he fell asleep peacefully.

When he seemed fully asleep, she gently slipped away to let him rest.

Moments later, Cheikh heard a sudden noise. The baby had rolled and fallen from the bed. They rushed, picked him up, comforted him, and he quickly stopped crying. He was playful moments later, showing no signs of pain, and the parents—without any indication of injury—continued caring for him normally.

Five days later, Mame noticed unusual swelling in his leg. Concerned, she and Cheikh immediately took him to the hospital. After an X-ray, the doctors discovered the baby’s leg was fractured.

Shocked and heartbroken, the parents explained exactly what happened: he had fallen from the bed days earlier, but he seemed fine at the time. They had no idea he had been injured.

But instead of compassion, they were met with suspicion.

⚠️ Accused, Misjudged, and Reported
The doctor questioned their parenting, doubted their explanation, and accused them of negligence. Despite Cheikh and Mame’s transparency and distress—despite their willingness to answer every question—the doctor reported them to Child Protective Services (CPS).

The next day, CPS arrived at their small studio apartment.

Though the home was clean and filled with love, CPS determined it was “not suitable” for a family of five. Four days later, on November 12th, CPS instructed the parents to bring all three children for evaluation. After examinations, the children were declared physically fine.

Cheikh and Mame returned home relieved—only for CPS to return two days later and remove all three of their babies from their care.

Their oldest son, already battling a neurological condition, was sent back to the hospital. The twins were placed in the custody of a caregiver.

A family that had done nothing but love and care for their children was suddenly shattered.

️ At Court: Two Options, Both Out of Reach Without Help
At their first court hearing, the judge offered two paths:

Find a relative with an apartment “in good condition” who could temporarily take in the children, or

Secure a larger, suitable apartment themselves before the next court date.

The Fall family has no relatives nearby with the required housing. Their only path to being reunited with their children is to secure a suitable apartment—something they cannot afford alone, especially while Cheikh is in school and the family is living on a tight income.

They are running out of time.

This Is Their Plea:
  • Help Bring Their Children Back Home
  • This family is not fighting for luxury…
  • They are fighting for their children.
  • They are fighting to prove their innocence.
  • They are fighting to rebuild their lives after a traumatic misunderstanding became a nightmare.

Your donation will:

Help secure a suitable apartment
Provide stability for the court to return their children
Give this family a chance to reunite and heal
Restore dignity to two parents who have been judged unfairly
Every dollar moves them closer to holding their babies again.

A Family Torn Apart… But Not Broken
Cheikh and Mame have remained patient, prayerful, and steadfast through this trial. Their faith is carrying them, but they cannot do this alone.

Please help them create a safe home so their children can return to the arms that love them most.

May Allah reward you for every contribution, share, and dua.
May He reunite this family swiftly, protect their children, and ease their hardship.

Please donate. Please share. Please let compassion reunite this family.
