Many of you know that sadly, Chef Zakawaki's twin brother passed away last week.

I've had the privilege of working with Zakawaki-san for almost two decades. He is kind, hardworking, and an extremely talented chef. He will be bringing his brother's ashes home to Japan where he will rest in peace. If you feel inclined, please donate to help Zakawaki-san defray the cost of this important and sentimental journey.
