Hello everyone, My name is Chef Tyler Marsh. I'm a born and raised Arizona Native and i've been a chef for over 18 years. the last 6 years ive been working and studying BBQ.

My dream is to put Arizona On the map for American BBQ! not just Texas or Kansas but Arizona will be known for food other than Mexican food. I was in a car accident in 2024 and had to have total hip replacement. my doctors said my kitchen days were over and i may never walk again. after a grueling 7 months in a wheel chair and physical therapy, i started cooking again. praise to the lord!

We are seeking a School bus to convert into a "Skoolie" a school bus turned into a food truck. i already have a staff on standby. the donations will cover the cost of the truck, food and equipment as well as the conversion cost.

Why Arizona style BBQ?

My business plan is to use locally sourced ingredients, such as cactus jelly, Arizona oranges, buffalo, pork, chicken, beef, elk, rattlesnake. although historically the latino culture has had a great influence on our great state, my approach is to incorporate more native American and Southwestern flavors into my BBQ. Flavors such as Chipotle, lava salt, Arizona honey and blue corn to list a few examples. MYTH: Arizona food is always too spicy for me.....FALSE! people often associate our food with just being hot sauce and Tex-Mex. when in fact many chefs here in the valley of the sun use locally sourced food from farms around Arizona. (I will post more photos of the BBQ in time)

COMPETITION here in Arizona

As Im sure you know, there are other BBQ purveyors here in Phoenix. all of whom are actually Texas and Kansas Style BBQ. Ive asked around town and most everyone is bored of these options. they want something new. The city of Phoenix is booming due to new housing development. restauranters are flocking here to catch the new food scene.

My targeted Demographic is gathering areas as well as the downtown district. once up and running my staff and I plan to travel to Los Angeles and El Paso to promote the marketing via social media.

That is the menu we have planned out, you may be asking, why the German/British items, the reason for that is my family comes from both countries and i want to stay true to my heritage.
