Help Chef Totsss Launch Her Food Truck Dream

Hey All, my name is Tatiana, but my friends and family know me as Chef Totsss. I'm a passionate entrepreneur and chef, and I'm excited to share my story with you. For the past four years, I've been building my company, Chef Totsss LLC, with the dream of bringing people together through delicious food. As a LGBTQ ,black business owner, I know that the road to success won't be easy, but I'm determined to make my mark and serve my community with love and flavor.

My journey hasn't been without its challenges. While pursuing my education, earning my Associate's, Bachelor's, and now Master's degree, I've had to put my business on the backburner. Despite the setbacks, my passion for cooking and sharing my culture with others has only grown stronger. I've been given the opportunity to take my business to the next level with a food truck, but I need your help to make it happen.

I've been selected for a permit, but I'm on a tight deadline (July 2nd) to get my truck inspected and ready for the road. The problem is, after years of investing in my education, my finances are stretched thin. I have a truck company and an invoice ready, but I need funding to cover the remaining costs. As an independent person, it's not easy for me to ask for help, but I believe in my vision and I know that with your support, I can make it a reality.

My food truck, Yardie Fusions , will be a fusion of flavors from around the world, with a twist of Jamaican cuisine. Imagine Rasta pasta empanadas with jerk chicken, curry chicken or oxtail fillings, Birria oxtail tacos, oxtail fried rice with an Asian flair, and Jollof Rice and Jerk Salmon. My menu will take you on a culinary journey across five continents, with dishes that are both familiar and innovative.

I'm not just building a food truck, I'm building a community. I want to create a space where people can come together, enjoy great food, and experience the rich flavors and cultures of the world. As a selfless person, I've always put others first, and now I'm asking for your help to make my dream a reality.
