Todd, known to many as Chef Todd, has spent his life serving others—both in the kitchen and in his community. After owning two restaurants in Virginia, he and his wife Suzanne moved to Salisbury, North Carolina to be closer to family. Married for 40 years, Todd is a devoted father of four and a proud Popi to five grandchildren. His strong Christian faith has guided him through years of ministering to and serving the homeless, always offering a helping hand and a warm meal to those in need.

Recently, Todd was diagnosed with a fast-growing nodular melanoma. The news came as a shock, especially as he is still recovering from a stroke and colon surgery just four years ago. With no insurance or savings, and still paying off previous medical bills, Todd and Suzanne are facing an overwhelming financial burden. Before he can even begin treatment, they must raise funds to cover the initial costs, making time a critical factor in his fight against cancer.

Despite enduring unimaginable hardships, including the tragic loss of a son, Todd remains a ray of sunshine for everyone around him. He continues to share his love of the culinary arts and his generous spirit, always putting others before himself. Now, Todd and his family need support from the community he has given so much to.
