My name is Robert Stewart, also known as "Chef Stew". I am the owner and creator of "Stews Stix" culinary catering and mobile cuisines. I won the Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen and have competed on Guy’s Grocery Games and Alex Guarnaschelli’s Supermarket Stakeout.

I’m a passionate celebrity chef who has poured my soul into launching my iconic food truck here in the vibrant city of Las Vegas.

The Stews Stix truck is a new fast-casual restaurant concept where global flavors and comfort food collide.

While I’m proud to say that my food has touched the hearts—and taste buds—of many, the high costs of parking and location fees are making it nearly impossible for me to thrive and turn my passion into a sustainable business.

As a dedicated minority business owner, I’ve built my food truck from the ground up without any handouts. Despite the challenges, I remain committed to sharing my culinary skills with the community that has embraced me.

Stews STIX has secured proof-of-concept with our debut food truck appearance at NASCAR and Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas. We are now looking to use Stew’s Stix as a launching pad to create Chef Stew’s Cultural Commons, a multi-functional venue in the historic Westside of Las Vegas to uplift and empower our

community.

However, the reality is that I need your support to continue this journey. I am seeking to raise funds that will not only help secure a more stable location for my food truck but also allow me to expand my impact on the community.

With your generous contributions, I aim to develop a mentorship program for young and aspiring chefs, providing them with the opportunity to train under my guidance and gain hands-on experience in the culinary world.

By partnering with local schools and organizations, I hope to offer educational workshops that will teach critical life skills such as communication, financial literacy, problem-solving, conflict resolution, work ethic, time management, and self-motivation—skills that are vital for success in any career, especially in entrepreneurship.
