Hi, my name is Juan Martinez I am a 28 year old chef from Cleveland, Ohio currently residing in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is my first time doing something like this, but I dont know what else to do. I currently have $4,000 of my own money saved at the moment to open up my own restaurant. It be nice to have a little help since I really don’t have a support system and I’m not talking financially just no one really believes in me and it kind of hurts. I have the ideas and vision but just the lack of help. I’m not asking anybody to pay my rent or anything I got that covered but just to have a little help achieving my dreams would be nice, since I really am doing this on my own. I’m trying to reach at least 15k as start up money. I really want people to try my food and let my cooking tell my story of where I came from and what I’ve been through.
