Help Chef Joe Pruner replace Stolen Knives.

Dear friends and hospitality colleagues. On September 7th our chef Joe Pruner was catering an event for our restaurant and his knife roll was stolen out of his car. These knives were precious, one of a kind, and a part of him as a craftsman. Joe has curated his collection for over 20 years and most of the stolen tools are irreplaceable. For a chef like Joe his tools are an extension of his hands, they knew him and he trusted them. He used them every day to create the beautiful food that inspires us all, and in an instant they were gone! We are heartbroken for his loss, and we fear that the knives are lost forever.

We are reaching out to the community in the hope that you will help Chef Joe open a new chapter and rebuild some of what he has lost. 100% of your donation will go to Joe and I know that he will put every dollar to good use to replace his lost knives and tools.
