This fundraiser is for Chef James Washington, owner of Refined to Go in Helena, Al. On New Years Eve he lost all belongings to a house fire. James has blessed so many with his unique cuisine including Soul Food Sundays. The name is fitting for any day of the week since his culinary skills truly do feed the soul and belly.
