Help chef Heather rebuild

Pastry chef Heather and her fiancé Brian, a Santa Cruz High School Math teacher, hadn’t even finished unpacking in their new home when it was engulfed in flames. Nothing remains. They had little time to grab belongings as they fled the CZU fire complex.We are raising money for humble Chef Heather to help her rebuild. She is the hardest working gal we know and has built her life with her own two hands since the age of 18 (I’ve known Heather since she was 4, and I do catering work with her through my business, Kin&Kitchen). She toils tirelessly in the kitchen producing beautiful treats and meals with Ashby Confections and Kin & Kitchen. She was born and raised in Santa Cruz and had finally been able to move home after 5 years in Southern California.  We are so glad that she is home at last to grace our community with her delicious creations and goof ball sense of humor.
