We reach out to you today to ask for help for our Chef George Simental, who has been in the hospital since 5/2/25 with a number of complications, including limited lung capacity and signs of heart failure. He has not been able to work much in recent months, and now he will have medical bills that will surely be much more than one guy can handle. Chef has served our Melanie guests with passion and pride, and we are hopeful that you will find good reason to contribute to this fund to relieve some of the financial burden he is experiencing.
