Cheeto is my sweet, orange tabby cat who has brought so much joy and love into my life. He’s a rescue cat, and while in foster care, he broke his left leg. I adopted him at just 3 months old, and he quickly became a beloved member of our family. Cheeto has the loudest purr and loves to snuggle up close, making every day brighter for me and my two daughters, who absolutely adore him. He also has an adopted "brother," Archer, who is just four days older, and the two of them love to play together.
In March, Cheeto reinjured the same leg, and now he’s facing a dislocated knee cap. It’s been heartbreaking to see him limp through his daily activities and miss out on playtime with Archer. The vet has recommended surgery as the best way to help him recover and enjoy a full, active life again. As a single mom and teacher, the cost of surgery is challenging, but I want nothing more than to see Cheeto healthy and happy, able to jump, run, and play pain free.
The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward Cheeto’s surgery, as well as the necessary x-rays and follow-up vet visits for his recovery. Every dollar will help ensure he gets the care he needs to heal properly and return to his favorite activities—especially playing at full capacity with Archer. Any amount helps, and if you’re unable to donate, simply sharing this page can also support Cheeto’s journey. Thank you so much for considering helping Cheeto get back on his feet and bringing joy back to our family!
