Hello everyone.. I'm Johana, Chaz's ex-wife and mother to his girls.

As you all know, we unexpectedly lost Chaz on Monday. This has been a devastating loss for everyone, including myself, but most of all for Hailey, Kallie, Chuck, and Sherry.

Chaz was a great, kind man. He would do anything for anyone, give the shirt off his back even when he didn't have anything for himself. But most of all, the most important thing in his life were his girls. He loved them beyond words. They were his world. Now they're having to navigate life without their dad. It's an unimaginable pain.

With our daughters in mind and his parents, I would like to be able to help relieve the burden a bit and collect some funds to help with funeral arrangements and money for our girls. Hailey is a senior this year and will be going to college soon and any bit of extra help we can get is truly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for all the love and kindness being shown to all of us and especially to our girls and his parents. We will miss him so much, but I know he is at peace and now he is their guardian angel and will watch over them and keep them safe.
