Chay (Alvaro) Morales, our beloved cousin, brother, and dear friend is in need of your help. A kind man, loving husband and father, animal protector, he has always helped anyone in need. After selling everything and saying goodbye to his family, Chay moved with his wife and daughter to Honduras for a great job opportunity and a better life. He is a veterinarian who loves animals and has taken care of farm animals for decades. He has been a representative of veterinarian medical products and has been a protector of any animal that comes his way. During this difficult time, the family had to find new homes to 4 of their 5 pets.
Chay was diagnosed with skin cancer a couple of years ago that got into his lymph nodes. He is fighting for his life. The past two years have been a struggle as he underwent treatment while continuing to work. He is the main provider for his family and has been unable to work for the past six months. The treatment he is doing is extremely expensive, and they have run out of savings. His wife Mari has had to cut hours from her college teaching job to take care of him, (she is a professor at the local university) which has made things financially even harder. Tatiana their daughter is also helping to take care of him while continuing to attend university to be a hospitality administrator. She also loves nature and animals like her father.
We are looking to help them in this difficult time, as they are in need of money for treatment. Any and all help is welcomed.
To get some idea of what is needed each treatment costs an average of $3.000 dollars. The pain medication is also very expensive. They have to purchase it from the USA.

Chay (Alvaro) Morales nuestro amado primo, hermano y querido amigo necesita nuestra ayuda. Padre, esposo y amigo lleno de amor para todos nosotros. Después de vender todo y despedirse de su familia, Chay se mudó con su esposa e hija a Honduras por una gran oportunidad de trabajo y una vida mejor.
Es un veterinario que ama a los animales y ha cuidado de los animales de granja por décadas. Ha trabajado como representante de productos médicos veterinarios y ha sido un protector de cualquier animal que lo necesite. Tristemente cuando pasó todo esto les tocó buscar nuevos hogares para 4 de sus 5 perros.
Chay fue diagnosticado con cáncer de piel hace un par de años que luego se le pasó a sus ganglios linfáticos. Está luchando por su vida. Los últimos dos años han sido una lucha muy dificil, ya que se sometió a tratamiento mientras continuaba trabajando. El ha sido el sosten economico principal de su hogar. El cancer es agresivo e invasivo y le ha impedido trabajar desde hace ya seis meses. El tratamiento que está haciendo es extremadamente costoso, y ya se han gastado todos sus ahorros. Su esposa Mari ha tenido que disminuir sus horas de trabajo de enseñanza en la universidad para tener tiempo de cuidar a Chay. Ella es profesora en la universidad local. Esto ha hecho las cosas financieramente todavia más difíciles. Tatiana su hija estudiante universitaria ayuda tambien en el cuidado de su papá. Va a ser administradora turistica y hotelera. Ella ama la naturaleza y los animales como su padre.
Estamos buscando ayudarles en este momento dificíl, ya que necesitan dinero para el tratamiento. Toda ayuda es bienvenida.
Para tener una idea de lo que se necesita cada tratamiento cuesta un minimo de $3.000 dólares aproximadamente. Tienen que comprarlo en los EE.UU. La medicina para el dolor constante tambien es muy costosa.
