My name is Chauncey, and I am reaching out because I have recently been diagnosed with cataracts in both of my eyes, with the right one being especially severe. Over the past few months, my vision has become increasingly blurry, making it difficult for me to handle everyday tasks and truly impacting my quality of life. Simple things like reading, driving, or even recognizing faces have become a struggle, and it's been a challenging adjustment.

My doctor has recommended surgery to correct my vision, but unfortunately, the deductible for the procedure is more than I can afford at this time.
