Hi everyone,

My name is Brandy Gonzalez, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for our beloved 8-year-old English Bulldog, Chata.

Chata isn’t just a dog — she’s family. She has been by our side through so many chapters of our lives, bringing comfort, laughter, and unconditional love to our home. As a single mom of three children, and currently expecting another baby, life is already full and sometimes overwhelming. Through it all, Chata has been our steady source of joy and emotional support.

Recently, we received devastating news. Chata has developed two tumors, and one of them has ulcerated, causing her pain and discomfort. Watching her struggle has been heartbreaking. She still tries to wag her tail and be her sweet, loving self, but we can see that she needs medical intervention as soon as possible.

The estimated cost for her surgery and treatment is $7,035. As much as I want to give her everything she needs, I simply do not have the financial means to cover this expense on my own. Between raising three children and preparing for the arrival of a new baby, I am doing everything I can just to keep up with our daily needs.

I am humbly asking for any help you can give — whether it’s a donation or simply sharing our story. Every contribution, no matter the amount, brings us one step closer to getting Chata the care she desperately needs.
