Help Chase with his 3rd and final surgery

Chase is soon to be 3 years old but for the last year he has been missing out on being a pup. Last October Chase broke his hind leg playing in the back yard. After two different  surgeries for two separate rods, multiple veterinarian stays and physical therapy adding to over $10,000 in bills Joey and Emily have been told Chase will need his leg amputated! Everyone is heart broken but Chase will finally be pain free and able to play again. We are asking everyone if they could help this young family that has done everything in their power for Chase and continues to do without ever asking for help to donate a few dollars for Chase so they can put this whole mess behind them.
