UPDATED Help Chase Remove Possible Harmful Mass From His Lip

UPDATE

The mass that has been growing on Chase's lip popped, and a stinky portion of the mass has come off - revealing a possible infection under that is still in need of vet attention!

While my concerns for the size of the mass has been slightly lifted, I have a new concern of lingering infection and more growth of new stinky/puss like substance...

While we are on the way to getting Chase the medical attention he needs, we are still hoping to raise enough funds to cover any and all vet bills needed to ensure that Chase is healthy inside and out.

Hello!

My name is Jen, and I am the human of Chase - my 6yr old lab mix.

Chase became part of our family January 2023 and has had as much care and love as we can give him. He has been a happy bubs for the last 2 years, getting me through so many down days.

Luckily, Chase has not needed much medical attention - until this past week.

I noticed a small lump on Chase's lip around the end of April and has grown more and more.

Chase was taken to the emergency vet this past weekend (April 3) and while we still don't know what the mass is, we know that it costs a lot to be able to remove and send off to ensure that the mass isnt harmful.

Vet bills are something that I have been lucky to avoid with my animals, however this time I cannot avoid it. Chase needs medical attention to ensure that the mass on his lip is NOT a bad one, and that cancer is hopefully not whats happening.

Anything helps to get us to our goal to get the Mass Removal surgery and testing required. Chase is a good bubs, he deserves to get the help he needs and I want to do everything I can to get it for him.

All funds raised will go towards paying for medical care and recovery for Chase.
