Hi, my name is Chase, I am 40 years of age and I live with Cystic Fibrosis. I am creating this go fund me in the need of funds. May has not been great to me. Starting on May 1st I almost lost my 10 year old french bulldog to lung disease. I was able to take her to the vet and lay out my savings of close to $2 grand to get her stable and medication.

As she was healing, on May 2nd/ 3rd I started feeling a sharp pain in my right cheek/gum area. By Monday May 4th my face was swollen to which looked like golf ball was in my face, by the 5th when I went to get oral surgery the golf ball turned into a baseball. My face was so swollen due to tooth infection that I couldnt open my mouth, I ended up hospitalized having emergency tooth removal surgery.

BETWEEN my dog’s vet bill which I covered with my savings & my deductibles from the surgery, oral surgeon & hospital stay, I am already stretched thing let alone going to go into debt unable to pay my bills in full.

I KNOW times are tough for many, but if you are able to donate to me to help me get a head the final hospital bill it would help appreciated. I am showing pictures of my face, and my current estimated deductible just for the oral surgeons emergency portion.
