Chase was in a bad motorcycle accident a few days ago. Since then, he's had multiple surgeries and is on a ventilator and dialysis for the time being. He's said to be doing okay, but when he begins recovering, it would be nice to not have the added weight of overbearing medical bills on top of just trying to get better.
