Help Support Chase During His Studies in Germany!

My name is Chase Oncken, and I am a classical musician currently studying at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA). I am reaching out to share an exciting opportunity— the chance to participate in both the Berlin Opera Academy and the International Chamber Music Academy of Ochsenhausen, Germany! I will also be studying in Berlin with Stefan de Leval Jezierski for a month!

These intensive training programs will span over two months, during which I will be fully immersed in my studies. This unique experience will allow me to work with world-class faculty, including renowned conductors, coaches, and orchestral musicians, as I prepare for a career as a professional horn player. Participating in these programs will enhance my technical skills, advance my artistic development, and help me build valuable connections within the classical music community of Europe. Due to the intensity of the programs, I will be unable to work during this period. I have applied to funding sources through various opportunities in my community, and have not been met with much success. I am raising funds to cover the costs associated with these opportunities, including travel, accommodation, and living expenses. Your support will enable me to focus entirely on my training and growth during this time.
