My name is Chase Gerald Bradley and I am 16 years old. I live in Osseo, Michigan with my mom and step-dad. I’m a junior at Hillsdale High School and I love track and cross-country sports! I enjoy hanging out with my family and friends!

I haven’t been able to enjoy much sports this year because I have found out that I have a leaking left aortic heart valve. I have been in treatment for almost a year now. My doctor just informed me that the treatment has failed and that I need to have a full aortic valve replacement called a “Pulmonary Homograft” or “Ross Procedure”.

This medical procedure isn’t going to be easy on me as my dad passed away from this same condition on November 17th, 2024. I need a lot of help and so do my parents. This isn’t going to be easy on them both mentally, physically, and financially. I am asking for help in any form of donation to help with transportation to and from the University of Michigan, as well as hotel stay while there, and my hospital stay, medical bills, and at home.
