Hi, I’m Kaitlin and I am raising money for my tenants. Charlotte and Hannes have two children and just might be the nicest people I know and on Saturday evening they got the horrifying call that their home was on fire. Charlotte and Hannes have spent the last few years landing on their feet and getting their immigration from South Africa finalized. They lived in a less than savoury apartment complex where the cops were called often and drunk people would be laying on their front steps when they were heading out in the morning with their daughters. They finally found me and my house and things were looking up. They have been the kindest, most wonderful tenants and I can’t begin to imagine how devastating this must be to them. They are currently staying in hotel but we don’t know how they can continue that long term, and at this point we don’t know the extent of the damage to their belongings.
