Charlie is my mother’s beloved dog, and he truly means the world to her. Recently, Charlie had a terrible accident—he jumped out of the car and tore his meniscus. Since then, he’s been in a lot of pain, and it’s been heartbreaking for my mom to see him struggle. Charlie has always been a source of comfort and joy for her, and seeing him hurt has been incredibly difficult for our whole family.

The veterinarian has recommended surgery to put a plate and screw in Charlie’s leg so he can recover and live pain-free. The cost of the procedure is overwhelming for my mom, and she’s devastated by the thought of not being able to help her best friend. She doesn’t want to put Charlie down or let him continue to suffer, but the financial burden is just too much for her to handle alone.
