While servicing their vehicle at our local dealership, (Honda of New Rochelle), a loving 3 year old Shih Tzu, Charlie,  owned by loving family with 3 children, was accidentally run over by a vehicle.  Unfortunately, Charlie's family had also experienced very  hard times this year and could not afford to pay the medical bills. Our own James Gallagher, the General Manager of our store jumped in when he saw Charlie on the road in pain and saved him from being killed by another vehicle. He immediately took Charlie and his family to the closest Animal hospital seeking assistance. They ended up going to two different animal centers, by the end Charlie needed emergency surgery. The family could not pay the bill so James took it upon himself to tell the Vet hospital he would cover all cost.  We are asking for any assistance to help this family with the $11,679.19 plus in medical bills.  Charlie suffered neurological and spine damage and we are all praying he will pull through.
