Charlie is just £70 away from being able to play with his team at Stamford Bridge in May.

They will walk out through the players tunnel, play matches on the pitch, and take part in a trophy presentation. It will be such a special day and an unforgettable core memory for him and his team.

If any friends or family would like to help him reach the final £70, we would be so grateful. Thank you for always supporting Charlie
