Hello everyone,
After fighting a short but strong battle, Charlie has succumb to his illness. It is with a heavy heart I am here writing to you, to share our deep sadness in his passing.
Charlie wasn’t your average guy; he was always the one to welcome any person with a joke and a loud laugh to follow. He loved his family and friends with his whole heart, but especially his wife, Rachel. Their love was something you felt when you were in the same room as them; as if you would see it in a movie or read in a book. Rachel stood by his side since day one of his battle, fighting for every chance he could have received. Her love and strength is something extraordinary that will live on in his name.
With his battle being so short and prognosis changing hour by hour, we were never given the chance to prepare ourselves for the ultimate outcome mentally or financially and that is why I’m here. The last thing my mother needs to be worrying about it how she will cover the cost to lay her sweet husband to rest. We thank you with every ounce of our being, for any help we receive it will give Charlie one last “hoorah” before we ultimately say farewell (for now).
I want to also thank anyone who has reached out to my mother or any of our family and loved ones, you are what’s keeping us going.
yee yee!!!
