Help Charlie Overcome His Painful Struggles

Meet Charlie. He is a 9 year old dog who has had a troubled life. We know he's survived having heart-worm, and also learned recently (via x-ray) that at some time in his past he was shot with a shot gun and survived that. He's a fighter and survivor.

Currently, Charlie is in need of surgery to potentially remove multiple organs. He has a large mass on his spleen (which means a splenectomy to remove his spleen), he has kidney stones that we're hoping are small enough to pass, and gall stones (possibly leading to removal of his gall bladder).

We want to continue giving him the best life possible and unfortunately, that means that we have to find some way to pay for this surgery, which will cost at least $5000.
