Help Charlie Heal: Urgent Surgery Needed

Charlie was roughly between 8-10 weeks old when I found him. He was living on the street down the road from our house. He was scared and tried hiding in someone's vehicle in the grill then when I finally got to him with the car owners help, he was under the hood of the car. I picked him up and took him home. I posted on social media and asked around, nobody owned him. I took him in, gave him a chance. Charlie is such a happy kitten. He deserves a chance to live and grow up. He loves to play and be silly, loves attention. If you are upset, just hold him and watch him and he will make you smile and laugh. I lost my dog a few months ago, he has helped me feel a little better about that. He loves to run around with the other cats and get into chaos but he is so cute he gets away with it.

Charlie has a fractured jaw from our friends dog, They were probably playing. We were on vacation when it happened. He has a fracture on the left side of his jaw, some teeth possibly impacted into his gums and pressing against sinuses. The CT scan and sedation he needs costs between 4-6000$. Then on top of that he needs surgery for his jaw. We dont have that kind of money. We live paycheck to paycheck. Our care credit card doesn't have enough on it to cover. It has enough for a visit for another opinion but not for the CT scan w/ sedation and not the surgery he needs. I am looking to get as much help as we can to give sweet Charlie another shot and get fixed up. He deserves to live happily. I also do not want to lose him. This is my last resort before we have to make any tough decisions If you can't donate, please share and help this get around. He needs help quickly. Thank you!
