Help Charlie Get Top Surgery

Hello! Let me start from the beginning, my name is Charlie, I'm twenty years old, and I am a transgender man. I've been binding for over five years now, and in my line of work that can be for over twelve hours a day. As a result my scoliosis has gotten worse, the curve increasing by 5 degrees in a year, and my ribs are continually sore. I do live paycheck to paycheck still, I work 40 hours a week at my day job and still freelance doing makeup for movies on the weekends meaning I can have weeks where I'm working and binding for 60+ hours. If this goes on for too long my spine will continue to warp and I'll need corrective, painful surgery where they insert rods and disks into my spine. 

I have saved up enough to cover the majority of the surgery in combination with what my healthcare covers, however my employment offers no paid time off, and so what I'm asking for is help covering the three weeks my doctor say i'd need to take off for recovery, the cost of the follow up appointments as well as a small portion of the surgery itself. However, I need help. Whether it's sharing the campaign or donating, I'm thankful for any support.
